Privacy policy

Your closet is personal. We treat it that way.

This policy explains what information ARMO collects, why we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

Last updated July 23, 2026

1. Who we are

ARMO is an AI wardrobe, styling, and virtual try-on service operated by Sebastian Garcia in Peru. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@armo.app.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and identity: an app-generated device identifier and, if you choose Google sign-in, your Google account ID, email address, name, profile image, and verification status.
  • Profile and style: display name, username, city, language, clothing sizes, optional height, weight and gender, wardrobe preferences, taste responses, and stylist memories.
  • Photos and content: closet images, source images, private face and body reference photos, profile image, generated try-ons, saved outfits, posts, captions, chat messages, and images or audio you send to the stylist.
  • Location: your device location only when you grant permission and use nearby-store features. You can deny permission and move the map manually.
  • Purchases: product, entitlement, renewal, restore, cancellation, expiration, and transaction identifiers supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. ARMO does not receive your complete payment card details.
  • Usage and diagnostics: feature actions, request timing, errors, AI model usage, creation costs, app version, and crash or performance information.
  • External shopping: store URLs or product pages you choose to import or open. Checkout occurs on the retailer’s site.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • create and organize your digital closet;
  • personalize outfits, stylist conversations, and recommendations;
  • generate garment cutouts and virtual try-on images;
  • show nearby stores, weather-aware looks, and shopping links;
  • provide, restore, and secure paid entitlements and AI creations;
  • operate, debug, protect, and improve ARMO; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

ARMO does not sell your personal information and does not use private face or body reference photos for advertising.

4. Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that operate ARMO: Apple for distribution and purchases; RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management; Google Cloud, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Gemini, Google Sign-In, Maps and Places for hosting, authentication, AI processing and nearby-store results; weather-data providers for forecasts; and Sentry if crash reporting is enabled in a production build. Retailer sites receive information under their own policies when you choose to open them.

These providers may process data in countries outside Peru. We require providers to protect information consistently with their contracts and applicable law.

5. Public and private information

Closet items, reference photos, body information, private chats, and generated try-ons are private by default. If you enable Creator Mode and publish a post, its selected images, caption, username, and other post details become visible to other users. You control what you publish and can delete your posts or account.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete individual closet items, looks, posts, and stylist memories in ARMO. You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete account. Account deletion removes the account and associated user content from ARMO’s active systems. Limited purchase, security, backup, tax, or legal records may be retained where required.

Deleting ARMO does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account.

7. Your choices and rights

You may decline camera, photos, microphone, or location permissions, although the related feature will not work. You may access and edit profile information in Settings, disconnect Google, delete content, or delete your account. For an access, correction, portability, objection, or other privacy request, visit our Privacy Choices page.

8. Security, children, and changes

We use encrypted network connections, access controls, private cloud storage, and time-limited media links. No system is completely secure. ARMO is not directed to children under 13, and users must meet the minimum age required in their country. We may update this policy as ARMO changes and will post the revised date here.
