The rules that keep ARMO useful and safe.

1. The service

ARMO provides digital-closet organization, AI styling, product discovery, and generated virtual try-on tools. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate. Try-ons are visual concepts, not guarantees of garment fit, size, color, availability, or safety.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for activity associated with your device account or connected Google account. You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant ARMO a limited license to store, process, transform, and display that content solely to operate and improve the features you request. You must have permission to upload and publish content.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use ARMO to violate law or intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; upload abusive, sexual, exploitative, deceptive, or dangerous content; impersonate others; probe or disrupt the service; bypass purchase or usage limits; or automate access without written permission. We may remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect users or the service.

4. Subscriptions and AI creations

Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before renewal. Apple charges your account and controls refunds. Prices, included creations, and renewal periods are shown before purchase. Consumable creation packs are one-time purchases. Restoring purchases restores eligible entitlements, but deleting an ARMO account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

5. Retailers and third-party services

ARMO may link to retailers and other services. We do not sell their products, control inventory or prices, or handle shipping and returns. Their terms and policies apply when you leave ARMO.

6. Availability and warranty

ARMO is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Features may change or be interrupted. We do not promise that generated recommendations or images will be error-free or suitable for a particular event or purpose. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Ending use and contacting us

You may stop using ARMO or delete your account at any time. We may suspend serious or repeated violations. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@armo.app. Apple’s standard EULA also applies and is available on Apple’s website.
